Foundation Staff Training on the Standards of Service delivery in Emergency Cases

For the continuous development of modern treatment methods in the field of psychological and social problems, the Foundation has set up a specialized training course on psychological and social service standards in emergency cases for the psychological and social response team for those affected by the armed conflicts. The foundation facilitated a three-day seminar from 4 to 6 January, 2017, which aimed to train the team in modern techniques and skills of dealing with cases received in the hotline and how to transmit and manage them accurately and distinctly.
