More than 200 cases benefit from the psychotherapy service during the medical field visit.

On Monday, Family Counseling and Development Foundation conducted a field visit to the Directorate of Arhab in Sana'a governorate for the treatment of psychiatric and psychosocial conditions in cooperation with the Sustainable Development Foundation SDF.
During the medical camp, psychiatric services were provided and medicines were prescribed and distributed for free to cases after being diagnosed by psychiatrists. Besides, the foundation's team carried out some awareness activities about the psychological stress and post-traumatic disorders for people affected by the war.
More than 72 cases benefited from psychiatric services including 30 men, 27 women, 9 girls, and 6 boys.
Furthermore, the awareness about the psychological stress and post-traumatic disorders for people affected by the war targeted 134 cases including 54 women, 50 men, and 30 children.
This field visit is part of the field activities conducted by the Foundation in remote directorates in various governorates of the Republic of Yemen, in which they suffer from the lack of psychological counseling and other psychiatric services.
