The Foundation provides this service within the activities of the project on prevention and treatment of gender-based violence and the psychosocial and social response project for Yemenis affected by the conflict. A team of specialists receive calls from any landline or mobile phone from all Yemeni governorates on toll free number 136 from Saturday to Thursday 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM
Calls are received from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM every day except for Fridays. The call answering system is available for five callers at the same time; the caller is referred to psychologists by priority.
